Who We Are – DeLagen Consulting is a workforce training and skills development agency dedicated to addressing skilled labor shortages, uncovering resources for those shortages, and providing solutions through training. We establish partnerships across both private and non-profit sectors, with an end goal of creating effective, long-lasting solutions for current as well as future workforce needs.
Our Clients:
Employers – In servicing critical shortages of skilled labor, we place emphasis on the Manufacturing, Construction, and Health Care (entry-level) sectors and extend our resources to their associate business partners. Beyond initial and subsequent consultations, a training road map is developed for and approved by the client. The road map is designed to align with the client's needs and will be delivered within its scope of operations.
Individuals - We continue to highlight our efforts as we help individuals explore, discover and navigate their potential in today's competitive job market and we cater to individuals of all backgrounds and aspirations.
